Hi,

Can you tell me how much it costs to list on the Mass or R.I. MLS website? I know it can be done for a flat fee.....I'm just wondering how much that is. Also the other websites (realtor.com, trulia, ect.) that also lists the property is dependent on the marketing plan of the specific broker. Is that a true statment or does the MLS send it out to only specific websites. Thanks for any insight!
