Changes or amendments to deed
If we need to make changes to a deed or a lease can the parties involved make the necessary changes and sign and date at the bottom? or does it have to be a new lease or deed?

You just asked 2 different questions. What you can do on a lease will not necessarily be the same thing you can do with a deed.
