    Default Selling Tips

    Let the sun shine in
Open the drapes and curtains. Clean the window and panes. Turn on the lights. House buyers are drawn to bright, cheerful interior.

Call the plumber and the electrician
Dripping water taps suggest worn out plumbing or careless maintenance. Clean those rust stained sinks. And make sure the drains are running free and clear. Loose electrical wires, broken sockets and fused out bulbs, flickering tube-lights are a no-no.

    ya its true!

To run any business we need many preparations but the real prep is depends upon what customer requires!

Even though you have prepared everything but if your mind doesnt works about the thing that customer requires at the end of the day you are a looser!
    thanks

I personally agree that all these preparation are really necessary if you want to sell your house quickly and quite expensive. Of course you can't do it over one night, you need some times to complete all this.

These are all great ideas. Preparing a home for sale can make a huge difference in both price and time on the market. American Home Shield has a brochure "tips to sell your home" that offers great advice.

The best selling tips? I guess make the property the best among the rest. Make sure that it is not liable to any repair and reconstruction. It is favorable to the buyer to get a house with good condition and for the buyer,a hassle-free effort on selling the house.

And also the orderliness and organized house with clean white paints is a good asset of a house too. It reflects a good future from there.
