Question Agent to take care of a vacant house?

I want to buy a house in a different state and leave it vacant for sometime (e.g. the end of crisis). How I can hire an agent to take care of urban issues like Grass and Snow Removal, and repairing the broken windows?

and how much does it approximately (usually) cost?

The best way to get an agent to handle this type of stuff is get one who handles property management and let them put a renter in there. Then they collect their fee from the rentals and they handle all of the headaches for you.

Your insurance company will like this better than leaving the house vacant.
