    Default $0 maintenance?

Some listings (family house, apt.) show maintenance to be $0 per month. What does it mean? Is that you pay everything for repair etc.?

$0 maintenance probably means that the property is not part of a homeowner's association and that you would be responsible for all repairs and maintenance to the property. Even when a property is part of an HOA, you would have to refer to the CCRs to see what types of repairs the HOA is responsible for - some only take care of common areas like perimeter landscaping or pools.
