I want to buy a small piece of property, like around an acre or so in sort of a vacation spot and build a log cabin on it. I can't really afford land over $50,000 but I've estimated the price for a log cabin and it should cost me no more than $15000 I'm thinking. Would I be able to sell it for a profit or is this not a smart thing to do? I've been looking for property around Pineop/ Lakeside, AZ. Would I be able to find something for that much? Is one acre enough? Is there anything I should watch out for? Any serious dangers or anything?
