Early this month, HSR held a road show at Hilton Hotel. During the visit my friend was persuade to make a deposit SGD$2K for securing a unit KSL City JB. But since he is still uncertain whether to invest or not he ask for one week "cooling period" and a refund if he happen not to proceed with the investment. Four days later when he realized things are not to right he informed the HSR sale staff that he decide not to invest and ask her to make necessary arrangement for his refund soon. More than 2 weeks later after sending her several reminders HSR sale staff informed my friend that deposit shall not be fully refund back as she is not able to sell it out any more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.? Any advice please!
