Buy a book, take the 4+ exams in the book after reading it. Also, take a 5+ medium-hard logic/reading comprehension tests then take the exam. You can't memorize it all but you can always use logic to game the test.

I never used any of the websites, but a lot of the material is sheer memory. To help on this I made 3x5 cards of the words and definitions. I write them by hand because by the time I am done writing them, I know more than half. Worked for me.

If you have some real life experince you shouldn't worry at all. I advice you to ask some your friends or aquintances to give you a hand. In case you don't have anyone, go and buy a book.

I bought the study book that came with a CD that had practice tests on it. I just repeatedly took the exams online until I had it all memorized. Best of luck to you!
