    Smile This is my first time here,I need some help please:

    This is my first time here,I need some help please:
    I want to buy my first home ,with % 10 down ,and my average score : 655
    but I have 3 things in my credit report :
    1/ public record not paid yet
    2/ collection ($11350) is clear from 2 credit bureau except Equifax

    Can I still be approve for a loan ? any recommendations?

    These are questions best answered by your mortgage lender. But I would think getting everything negative cleared up may be needed.
