    Default Unpayments

    Help Please,
In September 2006, I have applied to buy a property in NEVADA for about 19K.
I agree by writting to pay 208 $ monthly and the seller will deliver the title only after full payment that is in 2023. No closing took place
Now since 3 months, I can not continue to pay due to my economic situation.
    What should I do.?
What are the rights of the seller?
What are the consequences for me?

    THANK YOU

    RENE

Well I think first of all, you should talk directly to the seller to whom you were paying installments for property. Other options can be many, like ask anyone else to pay you the amount you've paid as installment (somehow less then you paid) and transfer the authority to him to continue paying your seller. I think you should first try these above strategies then look for further advise.

    Rene-

Read the contract you signed. Your answer should be there.

    Good Luck-

Best advise is read the contract and talk to the seller to work something out.

Hello you are considering the worst. But three months is not any time of that. If you have read the agreements and found answers unfavorable then go and discuss it with the seller direct. Otherwise collect money as everybody said well before me.
