Angry HELP: WAS closing on condo in 2 days!?

i'm in jam and want a few opinions on what might be going on here. my loaned was approved based on my personal finances. i was set to close on Wednesday 9/30 then I get the call from my lender this morning. Realtor, lendor, and title company think something strange is going on--and it seems to be something with the master insurance policy on the condo building. please see message below directly from Bank of America agent.

"The condo project has 4 things that they provide or have to get cleared through Bank of America before they will approve the condo project.

Some HOAs are great and some are a great big pita. It looks like this one falls into the later category. If you end up not getting the unit it might be a plus not having to be stuck dealing with this HOA.

My gut instinct is to try an alternative lender that will allow what you need if there is such a thing. This is more of an issue for an insurance/title agent to answer I'd imagine.

AT least you had seen that this company is no good, well find another loan company
and this time talk about this certain things and make sure that you and the lender will have
a great deals and both had agreed with the deals you had talked about

CHANGE YOUR LENDER. Go to another lender and discuss. There's million good sensible lenders with less restrictions. I think that'd be all. Nick Brian.
