What city is the best for buying real estate?
I am looking to buy houses for investment in the us.
What city is the best for buying real estate (houses) and than renting it?
I am looking for:
Good cap rite
Easy renting (low rental vacancy)
Good potential for prices to reise.

up to 80k for a house and buy a few houses

Kensha, Arizona was one of the hardest hit areas in America with this downturn and there are some really fantastic prices here.
