Being a pro Realtor, I always bare in mind that self motivation, time and effort is needed in this work. Even though you do this still there are cold leads
What else I must do to have the leads closed to deals?

Give them an offer that they can't resist, you know buyers are so meticulous, they always want the best.

I'm taking it seriously as a tips. Hot closed leads are expensive. I think make your profit less by giving more and strengthen your leads resource.
