Default How can you sale a house quick to get out of a really bad neighborhood?

My parents have lived in a house for more than 23 years and the neighborhood has really went down south. I truly worry about their safety. What can be done to get out of a house, that would be very hard to sale due to shady neighbors and in an area that police come frequently. They have 2 mortgages on their home and can pay for their monthly payments so would a short sale even be an option? Please help, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Methods to accelerate sale vary from location to location and country to country.

Contact a real estate agent in your neighbourhood and get advice for issues peculiar to your neighbourhood.

An experienced real estate agent will have a network of agents that work with him. He also knows the property magazines that give the most visibility.

He will take up the business of accelerating the sale.

If you fear for their safety so much, try moving them out immediately and putting it on the market immediately. Otherwise, if you aren't going to do that, you're not honestly very scared for them now are ya?

I could refer you to someone in your area if you like, my number is (682) 553-8029

    1. Evacuate the place immediately.
    2. Contact a real estate agent in your location.
    3. Inform police and ask for safety.

    Thanks. Nick Brian.

Selling a home "quick" has many avenues you can take based on your area/location, etc. but after 20 years in the business, price is the ONE THING that will always sell a home quickly no matter what the location or area is.
