What's your commission?
Hello again Forum.
I was wondering how commissions (including finders fees) work around the world.
Here in Costa Rica you can set your own commission rate, is it the same where you are at?
Please share this detail for me and the rest of the forum.

Commissions are normally going to range from 4-7% depending on the area and the service provided.

Commission depends on what the agent and company agreed with. Sometimes the range is 5-10% I think.

The Seller and the Seller's Agent negotiate the Seller's Agent and the Buyer's Agent's commission. Because the Seller pays both the Seller's Agent's commission and the Buyer's Agent's commission.
An odd concept but that's how it works.RE/MAX Pinnacle Group Realtor, Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas

We can't set commission rates. They're totally negotiable.
