Transferring property in my name to my husband's LLC
I recently purchased a property with a mortgage and would like to transfer the property to my husband's LLC. How would I go about doing that? By the way I'm located in Charlotte.

Talk to a local real estate lawyer. They can do it and also explain any negative ramifications that might occur.

Hi Myriah. I think dissolve the mortgage the property first and then transfer. Even transfering cost is high which you can use to your mortgage. Nick.

This also may not be possible without violating some of the clauses in your mortgage. If you satisfy the mortgage, then it's all fair game. I would still seek some legal counsel before following through.
