    Default Forms Question in Texas

I am a new agent and I am getting different responses on this so I wanted to see what people have to say. I am in the process of listing a duplex. The duplex is listed on the appraisal district as two separate units. That being said I am trying to figure out what listing agreement is supposed to be used. Some are telling me it's a commercial listing agreement and others are telling me it's using two (2) residential listing agreements. One person even stated that I use one residential listing agreement and put both addresses. Does anyone know the true answer and why? And I am talking about the exclusive right to sell agreement and which one to use. Any help appreciated.

Seriously, who do you work for and where are they? This type of information comes from your employing broker. To imagine that an internet website can provide such details is bizarre.
