Title Insurance and Business Opportunity
A resort in Argentina is negotiating a partnership with an American real estate group. How can a title insurance speed up the deal ? Do you think the American group will be more secure with a title insurance and consider positively the partnership. Please illustrate.

Is American Title insurance available in Argentina and if so, what are the restrictions and processing required? In this kind of transaction, I can't imagine a senario without MANY professionals being involved.
