Coming to LV?
I'm considering a condo/townhouse purchase - I'm just beginning my research into neighborhoods and state real estate laws. I see on MLS that there appear to be some good options in the $70k range and I'm wondering how close the purchase price is to the listing price. What can I realistically expect the final price to be (excluding closing costs)?
Is there an online search where I can see what houses are going for? If so, please enlighten me.

Interview some real estate salespeople who have some experience in the properties you are considering. There are many details to the transaction you are contemplating even at a lower price range.
Hire the salesperson who you think will do the best job and follow their advise.
