Question Short sale was transferred in bank buyout. I am the buyer, can I negotiate? Please He

The seller agreed to 6% contribution (on contract), but the title company told us that the seller's previous bank only agreed to 3% seller contribution. their current bank is BoA.

Do I have any negotiating power here? What can I reasonably ask for?

Please help. Contract is expiring in a few days and my realtor is pushing me to sign an extension with all other terms as-is. Since 7 months have passed and we have done an expection and viewed the repair estimates, we want to negotiate, but realtor is not helping.
