Default How to Not Get Ripped Off When Buying a Mobile Home Park

Like any form of commercial real estate, there are unscrupulous sellers out there who are hoping to sell you defective property, or property that is massively over-priced. Mobile home parks, due to their general lack of understanding by the public and historically poor record keeping, are probably the most dangerous when it comes to buyers being taken advantage of. However, there are no attempts to defraud by a seller that cannot be guarded against if you follow some simple rules.

    Default Minnesota Homes for Sale

Here in Minnesota, we are finding the importance of using a top real estate agent greater than ever.

With only 4.88 homes on the market for every buyer, there are many multiple offer situations on properties for sale from the MLS. Having a top agent who can guide you through the offer process and transaction is crucial.

Though I personally have not sold any mobile home parks, I do empathize with your post. Doing a good amount of due diligence is certainly crucial.

    Thanks again!
