    Default What kind of apartments appreciate more easily?

    What sizes of apartments are more easily to get appreciation in a few years? What size is the most in demand? 2-bd, 3-bd, 1-bd, studio, ...?

    I would go with 1 bedroom because most condo people are either younger with no kids or older with no kids living together. So you'll have the most options in term of prospective buyers.
