Default Difference of prices of condo vs. co-op for the same apartment

How much higher price would an apartment have if it is a condo, than if it is in a co-op building? Much higher or just a little? Actual examples will be very helpful for me to see the picture! Thanks.

I am not sure but generally co-op are way lower and tougher to finance, which really reduces the amount of buyers when you come to resell.

Offcourse co-op prices always lower than condos due to facility and location no one can give exact price because price always depend on location and facility given by owners of property.
