Can we change our accepted final offer back to our earliest offer (lower), if we have signed for the earlier one but not the final (higher) offer? We just made recalculations and it looks we should stick with our earlier offer. Most likely the seller will refuse, but then we would walk away and look elsewhere. So the question, can we?
