    Default Capture your market

If you are looking for places in the US to post your home I invite you to try posting at the www.GrapevineCommunities.com/map . This map will show you all of the Grapevines in the US.

But.........You could spend countless hours posting ads all over the US (Grapevine Communities does not restrict you like Craigslist does) and not get a single call! Where is your market? If you have the time you can post on sites like the GrapevineCommunities.com, Craigslist, Kijiji and Backpage. I suggest opening several browsers so you can just copy and paste several ads at once.

    Default Where is your market?

Sorry, I got a phone call and could not finish my earlier post.

    Where is your market?

My bet is that "your market" is within the area that you live! I would concentrate my efforts in marketing to the people in your own back yard. Countless hours marketing your home here in the US should be spent only after doing a bit of research on the internet. Look for areas in the US with a high population of people from your country. These would be the best areas in the US to advertise. You are more likely to pick up a buyer that has become "Home Sick".

Other than that, spend your time advertising and marketing within a 50 mile radius of the home itself!

Default Where can I sell my house In Ireland.

    Hi,
Thanks again for all the information.
I have tried everything to try to sell the house to Irish Buyers. For the price we must get, people here are not willing to pay this. Because of the crash in the Irish property market there are such bargains to be had. We can't drop the price any lower because of our financial situation.
I have found out where the biggest Irish communities are in the U.S.
I will start adverting there. Hopefully someone might want to return home.
