House floor plans
I would appreciate advice from any realtor who can direct me to a source of a (relatively) inexpensive lazer pointing device and appropriate software capable of producing very simple floor plans of houses (for sale) suitable for marketing purposes?

Your question doesn't make sense
A laser pointing device? For what?
Why use a floor plan? No need. You don't need to show prospective buyers a floor plan. Marketing materials aren't about specifics. They're about creating enough interest to get a prospect into the house. The home won't sell to anyone who doesn't come inside. Your marketing materials should be designed to get them to come inside. The more information you give them, the less likely they will be to want to see it.
Use good pictures - interior, exterior. Photoshop them to get optimal lighting. Create a verbal picture of a home that everyone will love.
Forget about floor plans.
My advice - take it or leave it!
