Default New Home Orientation for newly built houses

Does a buyer's agent typically attend the new home orientation for a newly built house with the buyer? Do they typically attend an independent inspection the buyer has arranged?

    Thanks in advance.

Some do and some don't. If you would like your salesperson to be with you, first ask at the point in time you are hiring them, and next (assuming you didn't ask at the beginning) ask now.

Most good salepeople will accomodate reasonable requests.

Thanks TusconHomes. My agent will be on vacation and I will be attending alone and that's ok with me too.
