I would assume you are asking a question.
Then, my friend is in Delhi who is a Realtor there, i believe they are called property dealers there
You contact the realtor ( dealer) to show you some properties and he asks his friends for some properties.
Since in India, business works OFF the paperwork,
Then someone has that particular property, and both you and the seller pays 2 % each to the dealer. dealer takes care of registration to the three offices, and getting you the possession of the house.

Then dealer shares that 2% with whoever that was in chain of food.

Everyone gets paid, so even if there is one deal, it tends to pay a lot of people something.
