Default I accidentally clouded a deed!

I just bought a few properties. One of the properties was transferred with a quitclaim and the legal description was incorrect. Now the deed is clouded... How do I fix this????

The best thing for you to do is get the help of a real estate attorney. Preferably not the one who let this mistake get recorded. You might want to check with your title insurance company as this is something that should be covered. This is one reason why I always recommend buying title insurance.
