Im a NY resident, I have 35K in cash I want to invest and, by reading this forum, It seems the good deals are in Florida;

but what are the most desirable town to invest?
SOuth West (ex Tampa) where the population is higher and I can even buy a house

or

SOuth east (ex ft lauderdale, coral spring) where there is more demand for vacation homes and it could appreciate better ?
