My fiance is selling her condo in Suffield, CT and we have had it on the market going on over a year , and have only had 1 bid. We have done everything possible in terms of cleaning it up, staging, etc.... Investing thousands into upgrading appliances is not a option though. Price started at $180k and is now listed at $149,900. We are not sure what the deal is as to why we can't sell, but we suspect part of it may be that our realtor is not the most aggressive go getter in terms of selling. His commissions rate is at just above the market standard for his area so he should have ample motivation. Can anyone provide some input please ? What are some good high internet traffic sites that we could utilize outside of the ones that are linked to the MLS database already ?
