New or used home?
any recommendations?
Many say is better to buy a used home because the costs of a new one are too high. For example finishing the driveway,basement,fence,e.t.c.

New construction real estate
Really depends upon your preference.
In our real estate market here in Minneapolis, Minnesota, there is a large inventory of properties for sale on the MLS...both existing and new construction. So choices do abound! And homes are certainly "on sale!" Again, both new construction properties and existing homes as well.
You may be able to get the best of both worlds by buying a "spec" new construction home. One that is aleady finished, has all landscaping done, etc. This will save you some cash out of pocket, and allow you to get a brand new home.
Happy house hunting! I hope this helps!Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service.
