Hi everyone,
I am trying to locate information on buying "residential" land for the purpose of small business and residential use. (examples: somone who works a beauty salon on the back side of their house or a person who lives on the second floor and converts the first floor into a shop) Does anyone know the policy on this? What kind of licenses are involved? Is it possible? I want to purchase a land property out of the center of town and build a one story shop and apartment on it. Any help anyone can give me would be most appreciated.
