    Default Best cities and areas to buy to rent?

    Hello I just wanted to know where is the best place to buy properties to rent?
    Is Miami a good idea?

    Default East Bay

    San Francisco Bay Area's, East Bay - is a great place to buy properties for investment purposes. Rent's are still pretty high in comparison to most of the state and country and you can pick up a large house in the suburbs for $200k +/-
