    If this is in the US, a real estate attorney would draw up the legal paperwork and a CPA would help you figure out how much gift tax you will have to pay if this is a gift transfer. If your brother is buying the condo, then the real estate attorney is all you will need, as long as your brother is paying fair market value for the condo.
