Default Need to Sell Commercial Property

I have a commercial property for sale and would like everyone's thoughts on how to best market it. I have had it listed with an agent for approx 4 months, but have not gotten much interest in it. It has approx 6000 square feet with office space on the bottom level and 3 apartments at the top level. Everything is currently rented, but the lease for the office part is up in 2 months and do not expect the tenant to stay past the lease. Would like some suggestions from everyone on some good ways to market it and get it sold? It's a depressed market, but would like to get rid of this as soon as I can. Thanks for the advice!

You need to ask your to recomp your property. Could it be overpriced? Is the market for commercial property slow in your area? What is the average days on market for listings such as yours?

The number one recommendation is to ensure it is priced correctly. To be honest/blunt is it do not price it to get you what you want, but what the market will bear.

Is it on Loopnet? The MLS? Everywhere it could be on the internet?
