Ethics Questions
Hello everyone!
I am doing a project on ethics in real estate and I was hoping some of you would share your stories on the most ethical-questioning situation you've been in. I really need some examples! You can always say "Todd the realtor met Becky the first-time buyer and this is how the story goes.." it doesn't have to be YOUR story, it could even be a good story you made up on different things realtors did that were unethical..
I've been checking out the code of ethics on the NAR website, but it doesn't go very far when you aren't a realtor.. I was just hoping to get some insight from real realtors.
