which is the best type of deed?
I wish to buy property by mail from eBay. The sellers provide different types of deeds like warranty deed, quit claim deed, etc ...
I want to know which type of deed is better and safer for a real estate deal?
And is it better to buy property from an eBay seller or a local real estate agent?

Before you give any money to this person on ebay you had better make sure they actually own the property and there are no liens on it. It is possible to buy real estate with liens attached to the property and you will be responsible for paying off those debts.
You need to hire an escrow agent or an attorney who works where the property is located so they can go to the court house and do a title search.
They can also help you with the best way to buy it.
Personally I think you are being foolish buying real estate off ebay without doing all the necessary research.Your Outer Banks real estate agent. Learn how to buy Outer Banks foreclosures.

A Waranty Deed would always be preferable to a quit claim deed. A Waranty Deed gives you the most protection.
