Default Does $8K stimulus tax refund applies to multi-family homes?

Does anyone knows if the $8K stimulus refund applies to multi-family homes? if so, would you kindly please provide us your source as I did not find anything to say that apply or not apply to multi-family units such as duplexes or fourplexes. Thanks in advance!

As far as I can tell that has not been addressed yet. But I would imagine that it would if the multi unit is the premiray residence, and the buyer has not owned in three years.

I was trying to read up in this bill earlier today, and it is hard to find much concrete info at this point.

I would guess yes, but I'm not sure either. I'm probably going to be building a home later this year and it looks like I'll be covered with the tax credit.
