Default Foreclosure bargains as per TV program in UK

ITV (tv station in the UK) has been highlighting the foreclosure bargains in the USA.

They were showing properties for $1 - yes they were in bad neighborhoods.

But they also showed foreclosures in good areas, modern property with 4 beds for about $17,000

Is this really the case? If yes, can you point me to the websites???!!!

Please be aware that many websites have outdated information. The really great deals will normally go quickly. It would be in your best interests to find a particular area that you want to focus on. Then find one REALTOR to work for you as a buyer's agent. They will let you know about the great deals as soon as they hit the MLS.

Remember that a buyer's agent works for the buyer and has the buyer's best interests, but is actually paid by the seller.

But also what is your plan? You need to work out a business plan before jumping into anything.
