Hello all,

I just sold my house and I found a Hud home in Illinois that I wanted to bid on. My realtor has never bid on a hud home but his agency is registered to sell and bid. He went online and placed a bid and thinks that the bid went through. He now can't find where to actually check to see if the bid was rejected or accepted. There is a place that sais check NAID/FIN #. Is that where he should go? I just want to make sure they received the bid since I read all over their site about how everything has to match exactly and be correct or they will cancel the bid. If anyone has any experience with bidding on hud homes and can help explain where if you can see the bid and the process of the bid. Thanks for your time- Mikey B
