    Do companies buy their employees homes when they transfer you?

    Well, I wish employers to be that much generous towards their employees.

    Yes they are. But not every employer. A company has strong financial situation they are buying this kind of assets

    Do you mean the home you have to sell in your current location? Sure, it happens but I am seeing it less and less frequently. You have to be a pretty important person or work for a great company to get a relo package that includes this.

    Its hardly possible in other words next impossible to do so by companies... so never be dependent on hope.
