Default New listing site -- is it of interest to Real Estate Professionals?

Hello. My company, bizium.com, has just launched a web site builder (100% free) that lets agents, brokers and property owners create a web site to market one or more properties. Creating a site requires no programming, no cost and less than 20 minutes. (We make money by offering optional premium plans, but most users need nothing more than the free account.)

Although Bizium was not designed specifically for the real estate market, we believe our site builder tool lets users create professional-looking sites appropriate for marketing real estate.

Here is live example of a property listed at bizium.com:
litchfieldhouse.bizium.com (3 Bedroom house in Litchfield, CT)

My specific question is as follows: Would agents and brokers be interested in using this service? Can anyone offer advice on how to market this service to the real estate community?

    Thank you.

    Peter K.

I just took a quick look at your site, very interesting. I am not a realtor or broker but I can see how it might be possible to utilize your services for our properties. I will explore it further and give you a better response shortly.

Thanks for the response. As we are a new kid on the block, we are eager to help new users, especially those involved in real estate, which is a new market for us. Just let us know how we can help.

I had a look at the example.
It all depends on how easy it is to update the real estate listings site with your services. Do you have an example where we can see how to update the listings ?
    Regards,

Default Screenshots showing how to update listing

    LRE,
Updating a listing is very easy.

    1) You login and the administration menu appears.
    2) You click "Manage Products" and you see a list of your properties.
    3) You click on a property, and a form displays where you can edit the property description, select the photos, etc.

(I tried to attach screenshots from the site, but the file was bigger than the max allowed.)

Please note that you can try this out without actually publishing your site. The way it works is this: after creating an account and creating your listing(s), you still have to click a link on the administration menu to make your site go "live". Until you click this link, only you (the site owner) can see the site. Feel free to create an account and try it out. (You won't even be asked for a credit card, so there is no risk whatsoever.)

I'll be happy to answer additional questions. Thanks.

    Default Other listing sites

You can also list your real estate listings on a site called NeighborCity. It is pretty easy to use. Enjoy
