    Folks,

Here are some questions that got me on the exam and subsequently forbade my passing. As usual, nowhere in the Kaplan study material are the answers.

    Christopher, A seciton contains 640 acres of land. 2 pieces (1/4 each) equals 1/2 of a section. 320 acres x $875/acre is $280,000 x 5% is a $14,000 commission.

Hope you pass your test soon. Ricki

Wow! Thanks man. I knew 1/4 and 1/4 were going somewhere...I just didn't know where, until now. Thanks again man. These really stumped me.
Friggin ambigous questions....The Insurance tests were easier!
Yeah, I'll pass next time. I'm not given up! I'm getting my license, staying here in Pa with the GF (no, not Adrianna) at our house (tenants in Common), wait for the market to bounce back sell the house and then move up north to Vermont and start a practice up there. I already have a few properties picked out. Thanks again man, I really appreciate it. You make it look so easy.
