massachusetts real estate
Can anyone out there tell me how long a house might stay on the market in Townsend, Mass at this time? The house is in the $250,000-$280,000 price range. We are looking to relocate to another area in the country and were wondering how long it might take to sell our home in today's market. My compant wuld be paying my real estate fees so perhaps I could offer the house at a somewhat lower than aveage price which might make it move faster. Are there any professionals out there who would like to offer a neophyte some advice? Thanks

Aren't there any Massachusetts realtors out there from the Townsend, Pepperell, Groton area that would offer some insight?
