Condo (Brother)

Hello

1.I want to put my condo on my brother name. I am not selling him. Bascially I just want to take my name out and put his name.

What are the step?

2.Once I add or put under his name he will be gone out of US for a year. If I want to sell the Condo

What paper work I should have sign that without his present I can sell the condo?

Do you mean put him on the mortgage or the deed? The only way to get him on the mortgage is to refinance. If you just want to change names on the deed you can do quit claim deed. If he is gone, you should be able to sign for him with a power of attorney.

Place the title in a trust and have you or another trusted party act as trustee. Talk to an investor friendly closing attorney
