    Default Referral Networks

    How can you start a strong referral network out side of your own company?

    Default Referrals in real estate

    Thanks so much for your post. I think the easiest way to have a strong referral agreement with other real estate agents from around the country is to be associated with one of the national companies.

    For example, if someone in Texas has a first time buyer or seller, they can refer it up to us here in the Minnesota market and we can help out and pay a referral fee.

    I suppose if you wanted to go outside of your real estate brokerage, you could make some calls to various parts of the country and develop a list of top realtors to help out.
