Referrals in real estate
Thanks so much for your post. I think the easiest way to have a strong referral agreement with other real estate agents from around the country is to be associated with one of the national companies.
For example, if someone in Texas has a first time buyer or seller, they can refer it up to us here in the Minnesota market and we can help out and pay a referral fee.
I suppose if you wanted to go outside of your real estate brokerage, you could make some calls to various parts of the country and develop a list of top realtors to help out.
I hope this helps.Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service. We specialize in buying and selling residential and investment properties. Start Minnesota MLS search for all Minneapolis real estate for sale in Twin Cities, MN
