what's a property locator ? Here in Bulgaria locates the property, he/she actually does everything...

property locator
In the states we have people called bird doggers. They basically search for properties for investors. They usually get paid $300 a property or something. They dont help with the transactions. Usually just college kids knocking on doors.

I am not positive but I believe she may have been asking about rental home locators or also known as apartment locators. These people find either rental homes or apartments for people looking for a place to rent. They are extremly popular in New York city and we have our fair share of them in the Houston area.
