Armando Montelongo?
Has anyone enrolled in the Armando Montelongo course? I want to get started in REI but I definitely need a mentor. Unfortunately, his course
is over 5K. If anyone has enrolled in his course please post your comment. I would greatly appriciate it. Thank you.

as much as I hate that guy, he's pretty knowledgeable about house flipping. i am rather surprised he can get people to pay $5000 for a course on house flipping, wonder if he actually personally takes his students on work sites to learn live issues

Hi your foreclosure site is really great. How long have you had it and is it easy to keep up. With all the foreclosures today do you get a ton of traffic.
