HELLO ladies and gentlemen!

I've got a question regarding the mortgage payment in the buy, fix & sell strategy.

When I have monthly mortgage payments for a run-down single-family home that I bought to renovate and sell, the renovation would require up to 2 months, how will I meet my monthly mortgage payments if I don't have any money aside except the money that I applied to take the mortgage? And are there any mortgages for this kind of strategy, possibly a mortgage that comes with the renovation expenses?
